Rest & Recovery | 21 Day Online Meditation Journey


Join Sarah for a 21-day journey of deep rest and nervous system recalibration.

This offering is designed to support you in resetting your nervous system after periods of stress, overwhelm, or trauma. Through a combination of specific breath exercises, somatic movement, and meditation, we will work together to shift from a heightened state of fight-or-flight into a place of rest, restoration, and balance.

We are living through times of immense change and uncertainty—whether on a personal level (relationships, family, work, health) or a collective scale (political, global, ecological). These stressors affect us all, often more deeply than we realize.

When we go through stress or trauma without allowing the body to process and release it, tension and unexpressed emotions can become trapped. Over time, this can manifest as chronic stress, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, inflammation, sleep disturbances, and fatigue. When we are operating from a dysregulated nervous system, we may struggle with focus, productivity, mood stability, and overall well-being.

Whatever you may be carrying, this is an invitation to pause, recalibrate, and give yourself the care you deserve.
